Growing in Grace - Nursery - Ages Birth Through 4
Welcome to the Nursery Ministry at LakeShore Church. It is our desire to see children, Birth – 4 years old, “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter 3:18 Nursery classes are offered at both morning services and the Sunday night service. A Bible lesson is taught in each service and the lessons learned are reinforced through various craft and play activities. A special time is incorporated into the classroom schedule to allow free play in our indoor Playscape. Our nursery staff is comprised of parents, volunteers and paid workers who love children. Your child’s safety is our utmost priority. Pagers are given to parents when they check-in their child to the nursery. Background checks are done on all workers and the nursery classrooms are accessible through only one check-in point.
Kids on a Mission - Ages 5 Through 12
LakeShore offers a well-staffed, organized Children's Program, focused on biblical principles. Our Children's Church is a dynamic ministry for children from ages 5 through 12, with services offered at all three services (8:30 AM, 10:00 AM & 11:30 AM). Sunday School for those ages is scheduled at 10:00 AM. During the 6:00 PM Sunday Evening Services at LakeShore, a Missionettes and Royal Rangers program is offered for ages 3-12.
Tiny Town - Mother Day Out Program
Tiny Town is a LakeShore Church weekday ministry for children ages three months through five years old. Our goal is to provide an environment for young children to develop spiritually, cognitively, emotionally, physically and socially.
Curriculum
Tiny Town has a well planned bible-based curriculum which provides a theme for each week. The daily activities are organized around the themes, using music, science, books, activity centers and much more. The children enjoy the daily visits to the indoor playscape and the 3’s & 4’s love their time in the computer lab.
